Welcome to Rozin Internal Medicine! Because this is the beginning of what we hope is a long, happy and healthy relationship – we'd like to make getting started as easy as possible.

  1. Make your First Appointment
    Speak with our friendly Patient Service Coordinator at 770-709-0900 to make your first appointment.

  2. Complete your New Patient Forms
    Prior to your appointment, visit the convenient Forms page on our website to download necessary forms. Complete the forms and bring them to your appointment.

  3. Comprehensive Assessment
    Much more than a standard physical, this exam gives Dr. Rozin a baseline from which you will work together to develop a strategy for your short-term and long-term health and well being.

  4. The Results from your Assessment
    When the results from your assessment and tests are in, you may have a second appointment with Dr. Rozin to discuss the findings. Other testing may be recommended. Dr. Rozin will proactively recommend changes in your lifestyle, health habits and medical treatment, working you toward a healthy lifestyle for many years to come.

  5. Patient Billing
    At our direct care practice, you will pay an annual patient fee that includes your Comprehensive Consultation. Additional appointments and testing beyond the initial exam, if necessary, are not included in your annual patient fee and will be billed according to your insurance coverage.
