Professional Activities:

Dr. Rozin moved to Georgia in 1991 and initially joined a group of Internists, becoming a full partner after only two years. His practice has grown rapidly and in July 2002 he started his own practice, Internal Medicine Specialists. Dr. Rozin has been very active with theGwinnett Hospital System and has served on numerous committees. Some of the roles he has held include: Vice-Chief of the Medical Staff Chairman of the Department of Medicine Chairman of the Credentials Committee Chairman of the Medical Performance Improvement Committee Dr. Rozin also has been active outside of his private practice. Some of the positions he holds or has held include: Regional Medical Director for State Farm Insurance Company FAA Certified Aviation Medical Examiner Medical Director for the Gwinnett Extended Care Center Medical Director for First American Home Health Care

Certifications and Associations:

Dr. Rozin is committed to ongoing education to remain up-to-date with the rapid changes in the medical field. Some examples of his ongoing training include: Board Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine Successful completion of an extensive recertification process leading to renewal of his Board Certification Participation in a rigorous continuing education program sponsored by the American Board of Internal Medicine Ongoing certification as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support provider Dr. Rozin is a member of several medical societies including the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, and the Medical Association of Georgia.
